No Tivuch is a website with a mission to make finding your apartment a simpler, more pleasant and relaxing experience.

We realized that there were too many fragmented WhatsApp groups, Email groups, Websites that are in essence a tivuch agency, poster hanging, word of mouth etc.

Trying to get onto the next whatsApp group only to finally get on and get an endless stream of notifications of unrelated info plus apartments that are not what/where you're looking for. Emails only come out once a week and a lot of the "N'sheys" are neighborhood specific. Hanging up signs.... maybe for the next big carnival....

What was really annoying was that even the websites for rentals were all not user friendly-quick information, but rather you had to contact them by leaving your email, wait for them to get back to you, only to find out that they were a Tivuch agency (which is why there are so few apartments listed on these websites- because they only list the apartments that they were able to "represent" and charge an extra months rent as a fee!).

I really did not want to pay an extra months rent to a guy for essentially giving me a landlords number! Why should I have to pay money to be able to pay rent to someone!? If anything the landlords should be paying a fee to a tivuch agent to find them a renter which enables the landlord to receive rent! Not the other way around!

So I started notivuch.com, a free, easy-to-use website where anyone can easily scroll and sort through tons of apartments and contact the landlord immediately and directly, without having to collect information from tons of different places...
